Describe the features & functionalities of Google Forms

Task 3

- Explain Google Forms
- Describe features / functions of Google Forms
- Discuss 3 interesting ways to use Google Forms in your studies

As we all know, the biggest function of Google Forms is to collect survey. With this convenient method where it can spread through social media, we have no longer need to stand under a hot sun and ask for pedestrians' help to fill in the form. Title can be written to let people know what is the survey about. Fill up the questions and provide two or more rational choices for people to answer. After completed the form, with just one click, you can share the form through email and post the URL to all social media applications. All the collected responses can be viewed and arranged according to the answers.

Besides, we can now insert images and YouTube videos directly to the survey to show a better understanding to audience. With the support of visuals, people can easily understand what is the questions about. For example, if lecturer made a test in google form by adding videos and images in, it will be quicker for us to answer and the chances of choosing the wrong answers will become smaller.

On the other hand, the multiple choice grids has given more specific answers to audience to choose from. Even better, survey takers are not able to choose the same column twice.

Besides, we can make the survey form in our own version with pre-filled responses because sometimes the range of answers is too wide to be written.

One of my favorite features is to see the response in live! It is like watching movie because the data will keep on changing after one response is filled.

Besides collecting data by giving choices of answer to them, we can also leave the answer blank so we can see different kind of answers when the form is filled up. It is very interesting to see multiple answers and to understand more how people's thinking. It is a great application that can help us in our studies or even in business.
